Well Visit and Immunization Schedule
Scheduling regular well-child visits is important to your child’s health. You can track your child’s development and growth, receive recommended vaccinations, and discuss any questions or concerns with your doctor.
At Bridgewater Pediatrics, the typical well visit schedule is below. We also recommend annual flu shots starting at 6 months of age.

Patient Care Coordinator for the Medical Home
Our Patient Care Coordinator for the Medical Home, Deborah Penn, assists our patients who need additional support in conjunction with their care at Bridgewater Pediatrics. This service connects patients with specialists, arranges for inhospital services, and provides compassionate coordination of care that is organized around the needs of our patients and their families.
We are proud to be members of the Pediatric Physicians of Children's Hospital. Our membership gives us the opportunity to participate in innovative, new approaches to care by having a strong relationship with Children's Hospital Boston and its pediatric subspecialists.
