  • Bridgewater Pediatrics has been involved over the last year in the MAP learning community (medical home asthma program).  The program focused on increasing the quality of care we provide to our patients with asthma.

  • MA/LPN of the month for April, Jenna Mastro!  Congratulations Jenna and thank you for taking such good care of the children at our practice!  
  • Meet our newest member of the Bridgewater Pediatrics team Julianne Nemes-Walsh MS, RN CPNP
  • Julianne comes to Bridgewater Pediatrics as a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner with 30 years of pediatric experience as a nurse practitioner in both primary and acute settings.  Julianne received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salem State University, her Master’s in Nursing: Maternal and Child Health from Boston College and will receive her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from University of Massachusetts Lowell in May 2017.  Julianne’s professional interests include adolescent mental and behavioral health, newborn feeding, breastfeeding issues, and risk management in primary care.  Julianne has served on the Governor’s Council to develop core competencies for nursing curricula related to opioid education, as the Legislative Chair for the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and also teaches in the nursing program at Northeastern University as a part time faculty member..  Julianne is married to Michael and has three children; Abigail, Aidan and Mairead.  In her free time she loves to fish, attend to her flower gardens, swim and bicycle.  A perfect New England summer day for Julianne would include whale watching with her family.

  • Big news: We're expanding our hours! Beginning on Sunday, September 22, 2014, we'll be adding urgent care hours on Sundays from 9-1, and we'll close at 7 pm on Monday-Thursday and 6 pm on Fridays. We're thrilled to offer these extended hours to our busy families.
     
  • We were so excited to send a donation to Dana-Farber with proceeds from selling wristbands for one of our patients with cancer. Thanks for your support!


     
  • We're proud to receive four Certificates of Achievement from the Patient Learning Communities program at Boston Children's Hospital , offered through the Pediatric Physician Organization (PPO). Our staff and providers participated in a 9-month course in four categories: Patient Experience, Getting Well Visits Right, Advancing Patient and Family Engagement in the Medical Home, and Effective Chlamydia Screening in Adolescent and Young Adult Females.
